WHO WE ARE

Tunisian Journeys was conceived in 2009; it was more than just about offering tours & sightseeing - it was a concept and philosophy designed to create the most memorable insights & experiences for independent travellers in Tunisia, and to bring them together with the local people.

We are a collaboration of professionally licensed Tour Guides in Tunisia with over 2 decades of experience. We work with small, officially licensed small travel agencies, local NGO's, charming maisons d'hotes, and will make an unforgettable itinerary according to what YOU want to see. We love to go off the beaten track with independent & solo travellers, explore - discover - and continue to seek out "undiscovered" places and hidden gems. We know Tunisia extensively - off the classical routes: small villages, local places to eat, charming guesthouses, remote ancient sites..... We love what we do!

WHO WE ARE:

Yvette is a Professional Tour Guide with over 20 years of experience, as a guide and solo female traveller. She is originally from Canada, and has an academic background in Classical Archaeology. She specializes in organizing and designing tours not only of Tunisia, but also of the Ancient Mediterranean (Turkey, Greece, Italy & Sicily, Morocco, Jordan, Syria, Libya, Egypt, etc.) She has lived in Turkey, Greece and now Tunisia since 2008.
